Fact II. What temperature do you think a lightning strike can reach? Well, it can reach up to 30,000 degree Celsius or 54,000 degrees Fahrenheit. That is startling, isn’t it? Lightning only needs to strike once to cause considerable injury or death and no place outside is safe when thunderstorms are in the area. More than half of all lightning victims are struck during recreational activities. However, there are precautions you can take.

These are some of the precautions. Since lightning hits the tallest object, stay low when outdoors.

Stay away from objects that conduct electricity, such as barbed wire fences, power lines, windmills, and other tall objects.

Get off bicycles, motorcycles, horses, and all-terrain vehicles.

Do not stay on lakes, ponds, and rivers. Seek shelter when a storm approaches. Boaters who cannot get off the water before the storm hits should crouch low in the boat.

Fact III. Do you have any idea about what is the hardest chemical in your body? The answer is going to blow your mind away. The hardest compound in a human body is the tooth enamel. That is something worth knowing.
However, once tooth enamel is damaged, it cannot be brought back. A weakened enamel can be restored to some degree by improving its mineral content.
Although toothpastes and mouthwashes can never restore teeth, they can contribute to this remineralization process.
